Code 25-24 Model Configuration Changed
25-24
Code 25-24 indicates that there is a mismatch in the model configuration stored in memory and the physical model plug presently installed. Code 25-24 will be set when the equipment is powered up with a valid physical model plug value that is different from the valid stored model configuration value in memory. Code 25-24 can also be set when there is an invalid physical model plug installed and a valid model configuration stored in memory. A changed model configuration will affect control configuration only if a physical model plug was present when power was applied to the equipment or the model configuration was set electronically. Code 25-24 will be set if a physical model plug is changed to a different valid value or an invalid value while power is applied to the unit. If the physical model plug change is intentional, then no corrective action is required. Leave the new model plug in place and the code will clear on its own when power is removed and reapplied to the equipment. If the model plug change is not intentional, then remove power from the equipment, install the correct model plug, and reapply power to the equipment. Alternatively the physical plug could be removed and the model configuration be set electronically via the Infinity System Control, Service Tech App, or DIP switches.
