This code is generated when the model configuration is recognized but not compatible with the installed VFD. On the PCM, set DIP switch #4 (26VNA/27VNA) or DIP switch #2 (27VPA) ON and observe the PCM models that scroll across the PCM display. These are the valid PCM models that correlate to the detected VFD. Refer to Table 4 in the Troubleshooting section under System Diagnostics and Equipment Configuration for the cross reference of unit model and PCM Model values. If the available PCM Models do not correspond to the expected unit model, check and install the correct VFD and then set the model configuration again using the Infinity® System Control (26VNA/27VNA only), Service Tech App, or DIP switches.
