This is an assisted start-up service only. The contractor is responsible for completing the installation and performing the start-up. CE Technical Support will guide and assist the contractor through the process.

CE does not complete system installations, correct installation deficiencies, or perform repairs as part of this service.

This program is available only to Carrier Enterprise customers for VRF equipment purchased through Carrier Enterprise.

I understand this is an assisted start-up service only and that the contractor is responsible for installation, corrections, repairs, and performing the start-up.

Pre-Planning Requirements

Once the VRF product has been ordered, please provide CE with a copy of the vPro file. CE Technical Support will use this information to help pre-plan the VRF installation and start-up process.

Please provide at least two weeks’ advance notice when requesting a pre-job walkthrough.
