Product Access Requirement
Certification is required before a contractor can gain access to the Infinity/Evolution product line.
Contractors must meet and maintain the certification requirements outlined by Carrier Enterprise. Certification helps confirm that the contractor has the appropriate team knowledge in place to support the proper application, installation, setup, and service of these systems.
Certification does not automatically grant access to the Infinity/Evolution product line. Contractors should speak with their local CE Sales contact or Local Market Manager regarding product access.
Contractor Certification Requirements
To qualify for and maintain access to the Infinity/Evolution product line, contractors must meet the following requirements:
Business Management Requirement
At least one manager within the business must be certified.
This ensures that the business has leadership-level awareness of the program, product expectations, and certification requirements.
Field Personnel Requirement
A minimum of 25% of field installation and service personnel must complete the certification.
This requirement must include at least one certified person from installation and at least one certified person from service.
For smaller companies with limited field staff, meeting the minimum personnel requirement satisfies the certification requirement.
Individual Certification
Certifications are tied to the individual technician or team member who completes the program.
If a certified employee leaves the business, the certification follows that individual. The contractor is responsible for maintaining compliance with the program requirements.
Certification Validity
Infinity/Evolution Certification is valid for two years.
Contractors must renew certification every two years to maintain compliance and continued eligibility for product access.
Compliance Monitoring
Carrier Enterprise will monitor contractor compliance with the Infinity/Evolution Certification Program on a quarterly basis.
Compliance is monitored by the CE PATH Team.
If a contractor falls out of compliance, they will have six months to meet the certification requirements again.
During that period, the contractor may be restricted from new Infinity/Evolution product purchases until compliance is restored.
Training Details
Infinity/Evolution Certification is completed through CE PATH.
The certification process typically takes approximately two to four weeks to complete.
The program includes an assessment to confirm understanding of the required material. Upon successful completion, participants will receive a certification.
Contractors with questions about certification status, training access, or completion records should contact the CE PATH Team.
Pricing and Product Access
Completing certification does not automatically change pricing for Infinity/Evolution products.
Certification also does not automatically grant access to the Infinity/Evolution product line.
Once certification has been completed, contractors should have a conversation with their CE Sales contact or Local Market Manager to discuss product access, account status, and any pricing-related questions.
Pricing requests should be addressed directly with the contractor’s CE Sales contact or Local Market Manager.

- Complete certification through CE PATH
- Have at least one certified manager within the business
- Certify at least 25% of field installation and service personnel
- Include at least one certified installation team member and one certified service team member
- Renew certification every two years

- Work with their CE Sales contact or Local Market Manager regarding product access and pricing discussions
