class=\"wp-block-coblocks-accordion-item__title\">Step 1: Pre-Planning After Equipment Is Ordered<\/summary><div class=\"wp-block-coblocks-accordion-item__content\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once the VRF equipment has been ordered, the contractor should begin the pre-planning process with CE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The contractor is responsible for providing CE with the project&nbsp;<strong>vPro file<\/strong>&nbsp;and any other required system information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To begin pre-planning, the contractor will complete the Technical Support Form on the next page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CE will review the submitted information and contact the contractor to discuss the project.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-coblocks-accordion-item\"><details><summary class=\"wp-block-coblocks-accordion-item__title\">Step 2: Pre-Job Walk-Through<\/summary><div class=\"wp-block-coblocks-accordion-item__content\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A pre-job walk-through may be scheduled during the installation process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During this visit, the&nbsp;<strong>VRF Technical Support Representative<\/strong>&nbsp;may review:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>System design and layout<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Equipment application<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Piping considerations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Control layout<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jobsite conditions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Potential installation concerns<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Items that may affect start-up<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The pre-job walk-through is intended to help identify possible concerns before the final start-up request is submitted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please allow at least&nbsp;<strong>two weeks\u2019 advance notice<\/strong>&nbsp;when requesting a pre-job walk-through.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-buttons uagb-buttons__outer-wrap uagb-btn__default-btn requesting Assisted Start-Up, the VRF system must be fully installed and ready to operate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The contractor is responsible for completing all installation work, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Indoor and outdoor unit installation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refrigerant piping<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pressure testing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evacuation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Electrical wiring<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communication wiring<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Control installation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Condensate piping<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Required clearances<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jobsite access<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>System documentation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CE does not perform installation work, repairs, or corrective labor.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-coblocks-accordion-item\"><details><summary class=\"wp-block-coblocks-accordion-item__title\">Step 4: Complete Required Checklists<\/summary><div class=\"wp-block-coblocks-accordion-item__content\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once the installation is complete, the contractor must complete the required VRF and control installation checklists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A separate checklist may be required for each system and control setup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The contractor must also provide:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Completed VRF Installation Checklist<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Completed Control Installation Checklist, if applicable<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Updated or edited piping diagram<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Requested start-up dates<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any additional information requested by the required documents are complete, the contractor will submit the Assisted Start-Up request on the next page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The request must include all required documents before it can be reviewed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Incomplete submissions may delay scheduling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> Please provide at information for completeness and project readiness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the information is complete, the&nbsp;<strong>VRF Technical Support Representative<\/strong>&nbsp;will respond with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Confirmation of received documents<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any required additional charge documents<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Available start-up date<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any additional questions or requirements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CE will make every effort to accommodate one of the requested start-up dates, but scheduling depends on availability and project readiness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A requested date is not confirmed until CE provides confirmation.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-coblocks-accordion-item\"><details><summary class=\"wp-block-coblocks-accordion-item__title\">Step 7: Site Readiness Requirement<\/summary><div class=\"wp-block-coblocks-accordion-item__content\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The full VRF system and all related components must be ready to operate when the&nbsp;<strong>VRF Technical Support Representative<\/strong>&nbsp;arrives on site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the system is not ready, additional fees may apply and the start-up may need to be rescheduled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Site readiness includes, but is not limited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Equipment installed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Piping complete<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pressure test complete<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evacuation complete<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wiring complete<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Controls installed and connected<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Condensate complete<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Power available<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jobsite access available<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Required forms completed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Updated piping
