Upload at least one photo or video showing the active leak point. Video is preferred. The best evidence shows the general location first, then a close-up of bubble soap actively bubbling at the leak location.

Acceptable: bubble soap showing the active leak point.

Not acceptable: electronic leak detector, oil stains only, or media that does not show the actual leak location.

Technical Service & Support Team will review the submitted information and follow up with next steps. Replacement approval is not automatic and additional corrective action may be requested.
