How to Use the Countdown Timer

  1. Enter the presentation length in the Hours and Minutes fields.
  2. Adjust the Display Size if needed.
  3. Select Reset to load the entered time.
  4. Select Start to begin counting down.
  5. Select Pause to temporarily stop the timer.
  6. Select Reset again to return to the entered starting time.
  7. Select Full Screen to hide the controls and show only the timer.

The timer changes color automatically:

  • Green: More than 15 minutes remaining
  • Yellow: 5–15 minutes remaining
  • Red: 5 minutes or less remaining
