Request VRF Assisted Start-Up

Use this form only after installation is complete and the VRF system is ready for assisted start-up. CE Technical Support will review the submitted documents before confirming the start-up date.

CE will do its best to accommodate one of the requested dates, but scheduling is subject to availability and complete documentation.

Start-Up Day Requirements

The complete VRF system and all related components must be fully installed, powered, accessible, and ready to operate when the CE Technical Support representative arrives on site.

If the system is not ready, additional commissioning fees may apply and the start-up may need to be rescheduled. This may cause delays for the contractor and customer.

System Readiness Confirmation

All VRF equipment, controls, communication wiring, power wiring, refrigerant piping, condensate piping, and required accessories are installed and ready for operation.
The contractor or qualified site representative will be present and prepared to perform the start-up with CE Technical Support assistance.
The system is accessible, powered, and ready for CE Technical Support review on the requested start-up date.

Fees and Delay Acknowledgment

I understand that if the system is not ready when CE Technical Support arrives, additional commissioning fees may apply and the start-up may be delayed or rescheduled.

Scope of Service Acknowledgment

I understand CE provides assisted start-up support only and does not complete installations, correct deficiencies, or make repairs as part of this service.

Equipment Source Confirmation

I confirm this request is for VRF equipment purchased through Carrier Enterprise.
