Additional fees may apply if:

  • The system is not ready when CE arrives on site
  • Required documentation is incomplete or inaccurate
  • Installation issues prevent the start-up from being completed

  • Additional commissioning time is needed
  • Repairs or corrections must be completed by the contractor before start-up can continue

Any required charge documents will be reviewed as part of the scheduling and confirmation process.

Scheduling Requirements

Assisted Start-Up appointments must be requested in advance.

Please provide a minimum of two weeks’ notice when requesting a pre-job walk-through or start-up appointment.

CE will make every effort to accommodate one of the requested dates; however, scheduling is based on:

  • Availability of the VRF Technical Support Representative
  • Receipt of all required documentation
  • Project readiness
  • Completion of the installation
  • Review and acceptance of submitted forms

A requested date is not confirmed until CE reviews the submitted information and confirms the appointment.
