25-62
The Model Configuration Missing Malfunction indicates that a valid physical model plug was not present when the equipment was powered up and there is no valid model configuration value stored in PCM memory. A Clear Electronic Model Plug Command while no physical plug is installed will also result in a Code 25-62. If a Code 25-62 is active, the equipment will not operate. The PCM will not acknowledge a new physical model plug installation while power is applied to the equipment. The Model Configuration Missing Malfunction will clear by power-down of the equipment OR when a model plug is selected electronically. If the condition persists at the beginning of the next power cycle, the diagnostic will set again.
